Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located right at the main avenue, which can be noisy during weekdays due to traffic. The rooms are a bit old, with issues like a leaking toilet that caused carpet damage and uncomfortable shower entry. The location is excellent for exploring the city but lacks insulation from noise.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room finally got exceeded my expectations with a bathing tub and a good view, but the constant chiming of the outside clock was a major downside that became very disappointing. Room 514 had a dramatic bedroom but a great outlook at a good price.
The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Mexico City, with spacious rooms overlooking the Reforma and surprisingly quiet. The atmosphere is welcoming, but the noise from the main avenue could be bothersome. The service is attentive and helpful, making it easy to navigate the city. However, the dining options were lacking in quality and variety.
